Dr. Moses Kawalya DVM, Diplomate ABVP (Canine & Feline) - Veterinarian / Owner
Moses Kawalya DVM, graduated from veterinary school in Uganda in 1993. He successfully completed the requirements of the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates in 2001 at Tuskegee University. He worked as a veterinarian in New York for 2 years before moving to Florida where he has been practicing since. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (Canine and Feline Practice). Dr. Kawalya loves to work out at the gym, play tennis, and swim. He lives with his family and 2 dogs.
Christina Riccio is a college junior studying Integrative Animal Biology at the University of South Florida. She is working on getting her Veterinary Technician Certification from Hillsborough Community College. She likes to travel with her boyfriend, hangout with her friends and family and cuddle with her three dogs Chi Chi, Louie and Gracie!
Jessica Perez - Veterinary Technician
Jessica is a Florida native who’s love for animals started at a very young age. She started competing in AQHA horse shows at the age of four and has been doing so ever since. She began working with her family’s large animal veterinary practice in Plant City on weekends and school breaks while in high school. That experience allowed her to continue to work full time as a veterinary assistant at hospitals in the Tampa Bay area and in Gainesville while she attended USF and UF. She’s also successfully completed the Certified Veterinary Technologist program at SPJC as well as many extensive continuing education courses in veterinary surgery and practice management. She now lives in Tarpon Springs with her husband Michael, her daughter Victoria and their two American Bulldogs Tank and Olivia. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter out on their boat or at the beach, cheering for the Florida Gators and New England Patriots and going to country concerts.
Hoyle Madison - Veterinary Technician
Madison attends Pasco High School where she plans to obtain her Certified Veterinary Assisting degree. She plans to attend the University of Florida in fall 2018 to study health sciences. She loves to spend time with her dog Claire, her mouse Quinn and cats, Nemo, Savannah, and Ella.
